|Cornish Performance Poet Clive Blake says:|
Poetry Needs To Be Fun!!
As you can see from the above 'Performance Poetry' images ... I don't take myself too seriously!! I am eager though to get poetry loved by people who 'don't love poetry' and to do this I think we need to show people that besides being dramatic, sad and all the many things it can be, it needs to be fun. Once you can engage an audience and get their undivided attention, they will also then gladly listen to the more thought provoking poetry within your material.

My full colour Phoetry (fusion of poetry and photography) Book
'View Points and Points of View', has been so successful that it has been recreated in DVD and CD formats. But now, Ross Blewett has recreated the book as an iPad App called 'Phoetry1'.
With a realistic page turning feature and full audio of me reading all sixty of my poems, this is a breakthrough way of enjoying poetry/phoetry.
With some of my most popular poems and Chris Robbins' most popular photography included, please give it a try.
I'm Clive Blake,
I'm a writer, performance Poet and a CHBN Radio presenter.
I've had a 'Phoetry Book' published called "View Points and Points of View". I describe Phoetry as a fusion of poetry and photography. I worked on this book in collaboration with a brilliant photographer and friend of mine called Chris Robbins. We also worked in collaboration with Adrian Blake, who did a brilliant job on the typography and graphical layout/design of the book.
I like to see collaborative projects between different art types and enjoyed the whole process greatly, but collaborative projects are not without their own logistical problems!
I look forward to browsing through the mind boggling amout of deviations on display. What an awesome site!
